What happened: Adam Thielen said on GMFB that Minnesota's latest game showed why the club brought Kyler Murray to Minnesota. He tied the quarterback's play directly to his former team's undefeated start.

Why it matters: Minnesota named Murray the 2026 starter after a QB competition following a September injury interruption that required Carson Wentz to fill in. An unbeaten opening stretch protects early positioning in the 2026 NFC race while the offense stabilizes around Murray.

What to watch: Watch whether Murray remains available and available to start each week. The next game will test whether Minnesota extends the unbeaten run.
