What happened: Haliburton met with fans to autograph custom footwear prior to the Kroger-sponsored home opener.
Why it matters: The pregame session continues a run of footwear moments for the same Tyrese Haliburton who debuted sneakers based on a fan sketch on Oct. 4. His availability anchors the backcourt rotation after he spent 16 months away from competition prior to his Oct. 8 preseason appearance.
By the numbers: Haliburton recorded 23 points and 12 assists in a 123-120 season-opening win on Oct. 22 following a 486-day layoff from an Achilles injury.
What to watch: Haliburton continues his regular-season workload as the schedule moves past the Opening Night festivities.
