What happened: Denver defensive coordinator Vance Joseph commended linebacker Alex Singleton on Thursday, stating the veteran has delivered consistent production for the franchise well before earning recent league-wide recognition. Joseph noted that Singleton has played quality football in Denver for years and described the delayed spotlight on his performance as long overdue.

Why it matters: The eighth-year linebacker out of Montana State serves as a core anchor for a Denver defense seeking stability in the AFC West. Denver entered November following a 28-24 divisional victory over the Kansas City Chiefs, relying heavily on front-seven execution to maintain momentum.

What to watch: Denver will look to maintain its defensive form as the unit continues its regular-season slate.
