What happened: Houston defensive end Will Anderson Jr. commended Los Angeles quarterback Justin Herbert during mid-week media availability. Anderson stated that the opposing offense will present a strong test and emphasized that Herbert is performing at an elite level.

Why it matters: Anderson anchors the Texans' front seven after being selected third overall in the 2023 draft out of Alabama. Neutralizing Herbert in the pocket will be pivotal for Houston's defense as both AFC clubs navigate the 2026 regular season.

What to watch: Houston prepares to face Los Angeles as Anderson looks to build on his team-leading sack total.
