What happened: Dallas Wings (17-8) host the New York Liberty (15-12) with tipoff still ahead. The Wings carry a five-game winning streak into the matchup; the Liberty have lost four straight. Arike Ogunbowale, the same Ogunbowale who delivered a 30-point Cup performance, finished her last outing with 20 points and two steals in a 90-82 win.

Why it matters: Dallas has already won the season series, beating New York 91-76 on May 24 and 88-77 on July 7. A win tonight would push the Wings' streak to six as the Liberty try to snap a four-game skid.

By the numbers: Wings: 17-8, averaging 89.9 points and allowing 85.3. Liberty: 15-12, averaging 87.7 points and allowing 84.7. The line has New York -4.5 with a 172.5 total.

What to watch: Tipoff is still to come, with Dallas chasing a sixth straight win and New York looking to end its skid.
