What happened: Washington signed guard Alondes Williams to an Exhibit 10 contract. In a corresponding roster move, the Wizards waived forward/center Skal Labissiere.

Why it matters: The transactions allow the franchise to secure developmental rights for the Capital City Go-Go. Both players previously spent time within Washington's minor league system.

What to watch: The Wizards will finalize their regular-season rotation as the preseason concludes.
