What happened: San Francisco lost 20-29 at Atlanta with the game final. VicTafur described Jack Jones as a roller coaster and suggested the 49ers may be too good for those lows.

Why it matters: The criticism followed praise for safeties Ji'Ayir Brown and Malik Mustapha for strong play. San Francisco faces a cornerback judgment as it tries to stay steady after the road loss.

What to watch: Watch whether San Francisco adjusts cornerback snaps or personnel before its next game.
