What happened: Brandon Aiyuk is back at the 49ers' facilities, and NFL on CBS posted a reaction from @bigplay24slay: "It's hard to accept a guy in the building like that." Aiyuk is on the Reserve/Left Squad list and has turned in paperwork to be reinstated.

Why it matters: The reaction follows a 49ers camp that opened as if Aiyuk had moved on. San Francisco drafted him 25th overall in 2020, and he is currently listed Out.

What to watch: Whether the paperwork leads to reinstatement is the next development to track, with the Nov. 10 trade deadline a week away.
