What happened: PFF says Brown has made major noise during training camp after entering the NFL as the No. 190 overall pick. His college workload spanned receiver, kickoff return and punt return duties.

Why it matters: Versatility can be decisive for a late-round rookie when rosters shrink to 53 players. Return duties offer Brown another path to game-day value beyond offensive snaps.

What to watch: Brown's preseason usage at receiver and returner will show whether the camp momentum translates into a roster role.
