What happened: Bo Nix said his play has not changed from past seasons. The former Oregon quarterback addressed questions about his form during the 2026 regular season.

Why it matters: Denver used the 12th overall pick in 2024 on Nix to stabilize the offense. His production after a 25-touchdown 2025 sets the baseline for how this season is judged.

By the numbers: In 2025 with Denver, Nix completed 388 of 612 passes for 3,931 yards with 25 touchdowns and 11 interceptions in 17 games.

What to watch: Denver returns to game action with focus on offensive rhythm and timing in the passing game.
