What happened: Denver won in overtime despite producing 168 total yards of offense, the lowest yardage total in an overtime victory in NFL history. Ed Werder reacted to the offensive output with a quip referencing Broncos offensive coordinator Davis Webb.

Why it matters: The victory lifts Denver to 4-2 on the 2026 regular season even as the unit hits a Sean Payton-era yardage low.

By the numbers: Denver totaled 168 yards of offense, the fewest in an NFL overtime win, while moving to a 4-2 record.

What to watch: Denver carries its 4-2 record into Week 7 as the offense looks to rebound from the historic yardage low.
