What happened: Structural work on the Cleveland Browns' Berea campus has advanced as framing rises for the site's new hotel and community football stadium.

Why it matters: The hospitality and athletic venues expand the franchise's suburban footprint alongside the player-focused headquarters renovations announced Oct. 15 while the 4-2 club holds the No. 4 seed.

What to watch: Site crews will continue exterior and interior work on the Berea complex as the 2026 regular season progresses.
