What happened: Arizona Cardinals head coach Mike LaFleur named Gardner Minshew II the starting quarterback for the upcoming road matchup in Seattle. The decision solidifies a lineup shift after Arizona benched Jacoby Brissett for Gardner Minshew during a 33-30 victory against the Dallas Cowboys.

Why it matters: The change hands offensive leadership to Minshew as Arizona seeks stability under center. The upcoming contest in Seattle provides an immediate divisional measuring stick for the new starter.

What to watch: Arizona travels to face Seattle in Week 9, where Minshew will make his first start in the role.
