What happened: Arizona added linebacker Bradyn Swinson to its practice squad. Safety Mark Perry was released in the corresponding move after joining Arizona on Oct. 6.

Why it matters: Swinson entered the league as New England's fifth-round pick in 2025 out of LSU. He logged one tackle across three games as a rookie in 2025 before a brief Steelers stint ended Oct. 6.

By the numbers: Swinson: 146th overall in 2025; 1 tackle in 3 games in 2025. Perry tenure in Arizona: Oct. 6 to Oct. 20.

What to watch: Swinson can compete for an active-roster elevation through practice this week. Arizona's safety rotation continues without Perry.
