What happened: Hall of Fame cornerback Champ Bailey said of Travis Hunter: "You want him to do everything because he's so good at everything." The two sat down for a full interview that CBS's The NFL Today+ is set to air at 10 AM ET.

Why it matters: Hunter, the No. 2 overall pick of the 2025 draft out of Colorado, has been at the center of the question of whether he should play both ways for Jacksonville, a topic Liam Coen has left open. Bailey's comment backs the case for a bigger workload.

By the numbers: Hunter caught 28 passes for 298 yards and 1 touchdown in 7 games with the Jaguars in 2025, per ESPN.

What to watch: The full Bailey-Hunter conversation airs on The NFL Today+ at 10 AM ET.
