What happened: The Kansas City Chiefs scheduled their return to home field for Sunday. The organization addressed the home crowd ahead of the weekend contest.

Why it matters: Kansas City enters the weekend at 5-2, aiming to stop a two-game skid that dropped the club to fifth in the conference standings. Maintaining momentum is critical as the AFC playoff picture tightens ahead of the Nov. 10 trade deadline.

What to watch: The Chiefs will look to rebound on their home field on Sunday before the trade deadline arrives early next week.
