What happened: Kickoff is set for 9:30 a.m. ET on Sunday at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. The Washington Commanders have already spent the week in London during the buildup to Week 4.

Why it matters: The early window gives Indianapolis and Washington a standalone slot before the rest of Sunday's NFL schedule begins. It also keeps the league's international slate in focus with another regular-season stop in London.

What to watch: Final injury reports and inactive lists are the main items left before kickoff Sunday morning.
