What happened: Philadelphia added guard Evan Neal, running back Jaydon Blue, and linebacker Anfernee Orji to its practice squad Thursday while waiving tight end E.J. Jenkins. Neal arrives after the Raiders released him on Oct. 19, following an earlier August release by the Giants. Blue returns to the practice unit two days after Philadelphia waived him on Oct. 20, while Orji rejoined the mix after first signing with the club on Oct. 1.

Why it matters: Neal brings first-round pedigree out of Alabama to Philadelphia's reserve offensive line depth during the 2026 regular season. Blue, whom Dallas selected 149th overall out of Texas in the fifth round of the 2025 NFL Draft, recorded 38 carries for 129 yards and one touchdown across five games with the Cowboys in 2025 before his Philadelphia stint, while Jenkins exits during his second NFL season out of Georgia Tech.

What to watch: Neal, Blue, and Orji are eligible for standard game-day elevations from the practice squad as Philadelphia continues its regular-season schedule, while Jenkins heads to the NFL waiver wire.
