What happened: Nick Devereaux opened the scoring for Eastern Michigan at Camp Randall, giving the Eagles an early lead at Wisconsin. NBC Sports flagged the fast road start during the Big Ten Football window on Peacock and NBCSN.

Why it matters: An early road punch changed the opening script against a Big Ten opponent and put immediate pressure on Wisconsin to answer. Eastern Michigan rarely has broken through early in this matchup, so the first-drive score carried more weight than a routine highlight.

What to watch: Watch whether Wisconsin settles the game after the early deficit and whether Eastern Michigan can turn the opening jolt into sustained offense.
