Applying PRESSURE 🤧 Gabby Williams forces the stop on defense and takes it all the way for 11 PTS & counting! GSV- Via @WNBA on X

What happened: Gabby Williams forced a defensive stop and took the ball the length of the floor to push her scoring total to 11 points during the 2026 WNBA Finals. The two-way sequence continues a productive October postseason for Williams, who previously logged 15 points in 11 minutes of playoff action.

Why it matters: Converting live-ball stops directly into transition points provides high-efficiency offense under postseason half-court pressure. Williams has supplied perimeter defense and scoring throughout WNBA Season 30, including a 16-point, three-steal outing in July and a 25-point performance in June.

By the numbers: Gabby Williams 2026 scoring log from prior coverage: 11 points (active, 2026 WNBA Finals), 15 points in 11 minutes (Oct. 4 playoffs), 16 points and 3 steals (July 16), 25 points (June 18).

What to watch: Action continues in the GSV-ATL 2026 WNBA Finals matchup on NBC and Peacock.
