What happened: The New York Giants moved consistently through the Dallas Cowboys defense on the opening possession, averaging 8.3 yards per play. Cam Skattebo capped the drive with an untouched touchdown run on a misdirection play.

Why it matters: The sequence marks a rough start for the Cowboys under first-time defensive coordinator Christian Parker. A personal foul by DeMarvion Overshown aided New York's march down the field.

What to watch: Dallas will take over for its first offensive possession while the defense attempts to adjust.
