What happened: Detroit sits level with Buffalo for the NFL scoring lead in the 2026 regular season. Goff has thrown zero interceptions while quarterbacking the Lions offense.

Why it matters: Clean quarterback play keeps drives alive and supports a lead built on points. His 2025 line of 34 touchdowns against 8 interceptions over 17 games showed the same efficiency.

What to watch: Detroit aims to keep the scoring pace and the interception-free streak into the late-October games.
