What happened: First pitch for Game 4 of the American League Championship Series between the Cleveland Guardians and Tampa Bay Rays arrived at 8:08 p.m. with temperatures at 46 degrees in front of a sellout crowd in Cleveland. The matchup comes one day after inclement weather forced a 24-hour postponement.

Why it matters: Cold October conditions test pitchers' grip and suppress ball flight in outdoor postseason play. Both clubs had an extra day to reset their bullpens following Friday's washout.

What to watch: Cleveland and Tampa Bay continue the best-of-seven ALCS with a trip to the World Series at stake.
