What happened: Major League Baseball postponed ALCS Game 4 between the Tampa Bay Rays and Cleveland Guardians due to inclement conditions, rescheduling the matchup for Saturday at 8 p.m. ET. As a result of the weather delay, Game 5 will shift to Sunday at 5 p.m. ET.

Why it matters: The postponement pauses the postseason matchup while the series between the Tampa Bay Rays and the Cleveland Guardians is tied 1-1. Playing on consecutive days across the weekend alters the rest schedule for both pitching staffs.

What to watch: First pitch for the rescheduled Game 4 is set for Saturday at 8 p.m. ET, with Game 5 following on Sunday at 5 p.m. ET.
