What happened: Jacoby Brissett is en route to join the Baltimore Ravens as the team addresses its quarterback depth. Baltimore is managing the position while preparing for a potential late-season return for starter Lamar Jackson.

Why it matters: The Ravens must navigate Jackson's absence after the starter underwent surgery for a right thumb injury suffered against the Buffalo Bills. Adding Brissett provides Baltimore with veteran starting experience under center during the playoff push.
