"In fact, he told me if I score I had to do your dance." A jersey swap with Justin Jefferson turned into a birthday gif Via @NFL on X

What happened: Justin Jefferson swapped jerseys in an arrangement set aside as a birthday gift for Drew Brees' son. Jefferson said he was asked to do a dance if he scored.

Why it matters: The exchange connects an active star to a former quarterback's family during the 2026 regular season. Such off-field moments sustain Jefferson's visibility with younger fans beyond the Week 5 slate.

What to watch: The league continues its weekly Mic'd Up releases from Week 5 matchups.
