What happened: Offensive tackle Kelvin Banks Jr. and wide receiver Jordyn Tyson participated in Wednesday's practice on a limited basis. Kellen Moore confirmed the designations following the workout, noting the staff will track both players throughout the week.

Why it matters: Both players remain on injured reserve, where Banks has been sidelined since he underwent ankle surgery in September. Their return opens a 21-day practice window before New Orleans must activate them to the active roster. The team previously fell 16-10 to the Pittsburgh Steelers on Oct. 25.

What to watch: The coaching staff will determine whether either player is ready to be added to the active roster ahead of Sunday's matchup.
