What happened: Fred Warner evaluated Brock Bowers as one of the best players in the NFL regardless of position. Warner emphasized that Bowers operates effectively as both a tight end and a wide receiver.

Why it matters: The endorsement highlights the rare positional flexibility Bowers brings to offensive formations. Warner has anchored opposing game plans while recording 72 tackles through seven games in 2026. Bowers' dual skill set forces defensive coordinators into difficult personnel choices between base linebackers and nickel packages.

What to watch: Defenses will continue testing bracket coverages to limit Bowers' route tree across multiple alignments.
