What happened: Kris Dunn set up a made three-pointer from the perimeter during regular-season action. The veteran guard, tabbed to start at shooting guard in October, created space off the dribble before kicking out for the conversion.

Why it matters: Dunn's playmaking solidifies his expanded role in the rotation following his elevation to the starting group. Reliable ball movement and perimeter shot creation remain central to maintaining offensive efficiency through the opening stretch of the schedule.

What to watch: Lineup combinations and minutes distributions will continue to take shape across the opening weeks of the regular season.
