What happened: LAFC detailed the tactical sequence behind Armindo Sieb's opening strike for the club in a Thursday partner feature with Liquid I.V. The attacker found the net just four days after entering in the 82nd minute for his MLS debut on Sept. 6.

Why it matters: Signed by LAFC on Aug. 14 through the 2028-29 season, Sieb needed only two appearances to record his first goal for the club. That quick transition gives Los Angeles another finisher under long-term control during the 2026 MLS postseason.

What to watch: Sieb projects to remain part of LAFC's attacking rotation as the club competes in the 2026 MLS Cup Playoffs.
