What happened: Los Angeles held practice Monday in preseason. The session fell on the 5 p.m. ET roster cutdown day. The club opens the 2026-27 season against Golden State on Wednesday.

Why it matters: Monday locks the 15-man standard roster going into opening week. Health and rotation order from the final workout shape early minutes. An unsettled end-of-bench spot makes the timing immediate.

What to watch: Watch for the final roster move before tipoff. Then attention turns to Wednesday availability.
