What happened: Luis Enrique has become the manager with the most titles in Paris Saint-Germain history. The milestone followed PSG's latest Champions League triumph, pushing him to 12 trophies with the club.

Why it matters: The record underlines how quickly Luis Enrique has turned PSG's post-Mbappe era into the club's most decorated run. It also adds fresh weight to PSG's second Champions League star after another European title.

By the numbers: Luis Enrique now has 12 trophies as PSG manager, moving ahead of Laurent Blanc's previous club record of 11. PSG retained the Champions League with a 4-3 penalty shootout win after a 1-1 final, becoming the first club since Real Madrid's 2016-18 run to repeat as European champion.

What to watch: Next comes the scale of PSG's follow-up: squad decisions, summer turnover and whether Luis Enrique's group can extend the run into next season.
