What happened: Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford said running backs Kyren Williams and Blake Corum 'feed off each other' and 'want the best for each other.' The comments follow Corum's endorsement of the shared backfield workload earlier this week.

Why it matters: Los Angeles pairs Williams, a 2022 fifth-round pick out of Notre Dame, with Corum, the 83rd overall selection out of Michigan in 2024. The backfield tandem carries added importance for the offense after Davante Adams' injury and Puka Nacua's recent calf issue.

What to watch: Head coach Sean McVay will provide practice participation and injury updates as Los Angeles prepares for Week 8.
