What happened: Nick Wright raised Chet Holmgren as a possible trade piece after Holmgren's quiet Game 7 in the Western Conference finals. Basketball Network reported Wright's suggestion after Oklahoma City's season ended with a 111-103 loss to San Antonio.

Why it matters: The reaction turns a poor elimination-game showing into an offseason roster question. Holmgren's next contract phase raises the stakes for any debate over whether Oklahoma City needs a different frontcourt answer against top Western Conference competition.

What to watch: Watch whether this remains media speculation or becomes a real offseason discussion around Oklahoma City's roster build. Holmgren's role and usage will be central to any response.
