What happened: Leon Draisaitl aims to record his fourth consecutive multi-goal game. Edmonton looks to continue its strong play against Detroit from a scoreless start.

Why it matters: Another multi-goal night would extend a scoring run central to this matchup. Continued strong play against Detroit would set the terms for the scheduled meeting.

What to watch: The meeting will show whether Draisaitl extends the run and whether Edmonton's form against Detroit holds.
