What happened: Minnesota travels to Cleveland for the second night of its first back-to-back this season. Tip is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. CT at Rocket Arena.

Minnesota Timberwolves per-game leaders, season to date — Timberwolves per-game leaders through 3 games: Anthony Edwards 28.7 points and 4.3 made 3s; Rudy Gobert 12.3 rebounds; LaMelo Ball 6.3 assists. Early numbers, small samples. Graphic: wire.report

Why it matters: The condensed stretch gives an early read on rotation management. It also sets the tone for how Minnesota handles road travel on zero days rest.

What to watch: Lineups and availability will set the evening before tip.
