What happened: The Indiana Pacers debuted retro ABA uniforms on Monday against the Brooklyn Nets. With the game in progress, Brooklyn holds an 84-75 margin over Indiana.

Why it matters: The uniforms honor the franchises that entered the NBA through the ABA merger, alongside the San Antonio Spurs and Denver Nuggets. The visual tribute follows a broader initiative where the NBA filed trademarks for an ABA Challenge Series to spotlight original American Basketball Association rivals.

What to watch: The Pacers remain on their home floor to host the Atlanta Hawks on Tuesday. Brooklyn prepares for its next road test following the conclusion of Monday's game.
