What happened: Nolan Traore scored 16 points and distributed six assists as Brooklyn defeated Indiana. The guard shot 6-of-14 from the floor, including 4-of-8 from beyond the 3-point arc across 30 minutes.

Why it matters: Traore stepped into Brooklyn's starting lineup following an injury to guard Egor Demin. His perimeter efficiency provides crucial floor spacing alongside starters Julius Randle and Michael Porter Jr.

What to watch: The Nets continue their early-season slate as Traore looks to solidify his place in the starting backcourt.
