What happened: Day'Ron Sharpe tallied 15 points, 13 rebounds, and four assists on Sunday against Indiana. The performance marked his 20th double-double in the NBA as he anchored the interior rotation.

Why it matters: Sharpe, who re-signed on a two-year, $20 million contract in June, provides reliable frontcourt production. His consistent rebounding and interior scoring offer stability as the 2026-27 regular season unfolds.

What to watch: Brooklyn continues its early-season schedule with Sharpe maintaining an active role in the frontcourt rotation.
