What happened: Philadelphia ruled out Jalen Hurts for Sunday against Carolina, moving Tanner McKee into the starting role. Carolina players addressed the switch while preparing for the Week 6 meeting.

Why it matters: Carolina enters after a bye while Philadelphia follows an international game, a scheduling split that rarely occurs. The change forces Carolina to prepare for a different quarterback on a short adjustment window.

What to watch: Inactive lists Sunday will confirm Philadelphia's quarterback depth. Kickoff will show how Carolina's bye-week plan handles the late change.
