RT @Patriots: 1️⃣ more day. https://t.co/haX2P2JhhW Via @NFL on X

What happened: New England's countdown reached one day Tuesday ahead of the NFL Kickoff Game. NBC will carry the prime-time matchup from Lumen Field.

Why it matters: New England lost February's title game 29-13 and has dropped four straight overall in the series. An opening-night win would give the Patriots their first victory in the matchup since 2015.

By the numbers: New England is 9-12 in the all-time series, with 436 points scored and 437 allowed. Wednesday will be the franchise's first game played on that weekday.

What to watch: Final injury designations and inactive lists will determine the available lineup.
