What happened: Perry Minasian has agreed to rejoin the Atlanta front office staff, returning to the organization where he previously worked. Minasian was dismissed by the Angels in June after serving as their general manager and vice president.

Why it matters: The reunion bolsters Atlanta's executive leadership as the front office prepares for upcoming offseason roster decisions. For Minasian, the move provides an immediate landing spot following his tenure directing baseball operations in Southern California.

What to watch: Atlanta will finalize Minasian's specific front-office title and responsibilities heading into the winter. The Angels continue restructuring their front office following leadership changes this fall.
