Raheem Mostert is available if the Raiders want to give Ashton Jeanty a week off 👀 #justfootball https://t.co/He0JMG5zS Via @NFLonCBS on X

What happened: Las Vegas has the option to give Ashton Jeanty a week off with Raheem Mostert available as The club elevated Roman Hemby on Oct. 10 with Jeanty questionable.

Why it matters: Jeanty opened 2026 as Las Vegas's lead back after arriving as the No. 6 pick in 2025. Sitting a questionable starter for a week shifts early-down work to available veterans and elevated depth.

By the numbers: Ashton Jeanty: 266 carries for 975 yards and 5 touchdowns in 17 games in 2025. Drafted 6th overall in 2025 out of Boise State.

What to watch: The inactive list 90 minutes before Sunday kickoff against Buffalo will clarify whether Las Vegas rests Jeanty.
