What happened: Rival NFL executives have floated whether the Philadelphia Eagles could deal cornerback Riq Woolen and running back Saquon Barkley ahead of the trade deadline, per The Athletic. Guard Landon Dickerson has also drawn trade speculation from league observers, per ESPN and The Athletic, and questioned this week whether he remains in the franchise's long-term plans before landing on injured reserve on Oct. 14.

Why it matters: Philadelphia already began reshaping its offensive line by trading center Cam Jurgens on Oct. 7, slotting 2025 fifth-round pick Drew Kendall in as his successor while evaluating young interior linemen Jake Majors, Willie Lampkin, and Micah Morris. With guard Tyler Steen on an expiring deal and veterans Lane Johnson, Jurgens, and Dickerson representing a combined 11 Pro Bowl selections, left tackle Jordan Mailata is the lone offensive line starter assured of a long-term spot.

By the numbers: Philadelphia drafted Jordan Mailata 233rd overall in 2018, Landon Dickerson 37th overall in 2021, Cam Jurgens 51st overall in 2022, and Drew Kendall 168th overall in 2025. The Eagles traded Jurgens on Oct. 7, signed rookie lineman Jake Majors on Oct. 9, and placed Dickerson on injured reserve on Oct. 14 amid a three-game losing streak.

What to watch: General manager Howie Roseman has not committed to a full sell-off, leaving upcoming results to dictate whether Philadelphia listens to offers on Woolen, Barkley, or Dickerson before the NFL trade deadline.
