What happened: Seattle upgraded running back Zach Charbonnet to full participation in practice for the first time since he returned to workouts on Oct. 1 following a torn ACL, per Brady Henderson. Ian Rapoport noted the practice designation is a sign Charbonnet is nearing a return to game action.

Why it matters: Logging a full session is a key step before Seattle can activate the 2023 second-round pick (52nd overall out of UCLA) to the 53-man roster. His return adds an experienced red-zone and early-down runner back into the Seahawks' regular-season backfield rotation.

By the numbers: Per ESPN, Charbonnet rushed 184 times for 730 yards and 12 touchdowns across 16 games for the Seahawks in 2025.

What to watch: Watch for Seattle's final weekly injury designation and a formal roster transaction activating Charbonnet from the physically unable to perform list.
