What happened: Chicago Cubs outfielder Seiya Suzuki hit a home run in each of the last two games. This is his first multi-game homer streak of the season. The performance came during a key series for the Cubs.

Why it matters: Suzuki's surge signals a turnaround after a slow start, bolstering Cubs' offense in NL Central playoff push. It impacts prop betting lines, with his HR odds shortening. Streaks like this have historically aided Cubs' postseason runs.

What to watch: Watch Suzuki's bat in upcoming games against Brewers and Cardinals.
