Stefanski: I think we have a rookie class that has been extremely diligent about their work. #Falcons Via @marcraimondi on X

What happened: Atlanta brought in six draft picks and signed 14 undrafted free agents this spring. The newcomers are learning a new program under a first-year coaching staff.

Why it matters: Stefanski's arrival allowed Atlanta to begin offseason work two weeks earlier than teams with returning coaches. That gave the rookie class additional time to absorb the scheme and compete for roles.

By the numbers: Atlanta added 20 rookies after the draft: six selections and 14 undrafted free agents.

What to watch: The first regular-season assignments will show which rookies earned immediate roles.
