Stefanski: Those are no fun for anybody. Players, coaches. You don't want to see anyone down like that. kendal is a kid Via @marcraimondi on X

What happened: Atlanta Falcons coach Stefanski said seeing a player down on the field is difficult for both players and coaches. Speaking after the Falcons trimmed an early second-quarter deficit to 14-7, Stefanski also noted that the offense failed to play well across the full 60 minutes.

Why it matters: Further roster attrition would test an Atlanta depth chart that already placed a linebacker on injured reserve Oct. 11 and used two game-day elevations along with an active-roster signing Oct. 17. The uneven four-quarter offensive outing also marks a step back after Stefanski previously said the Falcons showed high-level execution on tape.

By the numbers: Atlanta cut the margin to 14-7 with 5:45 left in the second quarter and went 8-of-13 passing for 102 yards and two touchdowns against the blitz in the second half, per ESPN Research.

What to watch: Atlanta's upcoming practice reports will provide the next official update on roster availability.
