Stefanski on Daniels: All the reports are good and we're praying that they remain good. #Falcons Via @marcraimondi on X

What happened: Atlanta head coach Kevin Stefanski shared an encouraging postgame update after linebacker Kendal Daniels was carted from the stadium following third-quarter head contact in Sunday's loss to Chicago. Speaking via ESPN's Marc Raimondi, Stefanski said the team is praying that medical updates on Daniels remain positive.

Why it matters: Atlanta's linebacker group was already thin entering Sunday after the club placed Yasir Abdullah on injured reserve Oct. 11. The Falcons signed Bralen Trice to the active roster and elevated Drake Jackson for the second time in 2026 on Saturday to reinforce the unit.

What to watch: Atlanta will issue further updates on Daniels' status as medical evaluations continue.
