What happened: Syracuse quarterbacks Steve Angeli and last week's starter Malachi Nelson are both listed as questionable on the availability report, per Pete Thamel. Fellow Orange signal-caller Amari Odom is ruled out for the matchup against Louisville.

Why it matters: With Odom unavailable and both Angeli and Nelson carrying questionable designations, Syracuse faces uncertainty across its quarterback depth chart entering the contest. Louisville also deals with backfield questions of its own with running back Keyjuan Brown listed as questionable.

What to watch: Pre-game availability updates will determine whether Nelson or Angeli takes the starting snaps for Syracuse against the Cardinals.
